Do unique testimonials/reviews mean you can update your review schema/structured data?

I have a site with multiple content pages for different services. My goal is to get a review snippet in my SERP.

I've seen other websites have testimonials at the bottom of the page (without a star rating, just quotes from 3 clients), but that page's SERP shows a review snippet with 3 5-star ratings.

Does putting 3 unique customer reviews at the bottom of a page allow you to update your structured data for that page with a 5-star rating?
