My wife's google my business page used to be at 1st rank when searching for her category. Suddenly as of this morning, it is not even in the top 10. There seems to be no issue with the page, we did not change anything in it nor are there any errors or unresolved issues in the my business control panel.
Could anyone suggest any reason for this to happen?
Also how do we go about correcting the same?
