Does add a real person as an author on an Entertainment Niche Blog have any benefit?

I have a blog that is focused on a niche that can be categorized as a niche. So, currently, all the posts are by the author's name of admin. So, if I add a real person name to the author then does it provide any value in ranking on Google or to attract more customers
