Google May 2020 core update forced my site to get traffic from my home country but rest of the world traffic dropping. Engagement higher but sessions dropped.

Can anyone share their experience and suggest what to do? I had US traffic 4.2% which dropped to nearly 0 from the last 2 days. Feeling kinda anxious!
