I run a cleaning company in Perth WA (cleanerco.com.au). After reading many of the posts on here about Google ranking and organic search it seemed evident that hiring a company to do all my SEO was essential. I shopped around and found 2 decent companies offering SEO at a similar price:
- One I got in contact with who gave me a personalised and quite in depth video on my site looking at what they could achieve and how they would improve my ranking. The other I found did SEO for a competitor in another state that had them ranking first for strong keywords ("City home cleaning") after a year or so.
I chose to go with the the second option since their results were so good with the competitor. I have been working with them for 2 months now. However I'm slightly concerned because for a hefty $1500 a month this is their promise for Oct:
- Change a few web pages
- Build citations and help improve GMB
- Suggest a discount offer
Should I be concerned since this seems like very little work for that amount of money? I have no concrete metrics showing me results from their work. I'm willing to hold out as I'm aware SEO can take months but I'm tempted to jump ship seeing as that other company gave me a tailored video for free! Any guidance is appreciated!
