We don't know where it came from but they gave a 5 star review however its bad english. So I'm wondering if we shoild respond something like "sorry we don't recognize what client you're with but thanks for the review anyway" or report the review which is not guaranteed to get taken down... but its professional services so our fear is that someone reads it and is like this is fake and moves on. What do you all suggest?
