I work for a company that's recently bought a similar business with retail locations, and we plan to roll them into our company's brand.
To prepare, I've been building out a "Find a Location" page to help customers see which location is nearest to them. Pretty standard stuff.
My question is: do I need any extra written content, aside from my H1, to get this page indexed with search engines? I really want to keep clutter to a minimum, but we've been getting pushback from our outside marketing agency that we need a paragraph introducing the idea of a "Find a Location" page, which seems a little unnecessary in 2020.
