Basically, I started my blog in 2013 and it's always been a hobby that's occasionally had posts take off. I have a modest following of about 1.5k but my blog has no SEO strategies implemented. I had a free audit done, very kindly, by a friend, and I have hours and hours ahead of broken links, follow-links, broken images and all kinds of keywords. I still post on this blog now, it's been active for 7 years, but I've only started using basic SEO in the last 12 months - ALSO, it's currently hosted on blogger, so as part of my new SEO 'let's grow my blog' scheme, I'd move over to Wordpress. My DA is 8, so I have a lot of work to do.
My blog is not very niche (travel/lifestyle) and I would rather niche down on travel (ironic at the moment). I'm wondering whether you guys think it's worth be putting in the time and grind to get my current up to scratch with SEO, or whether to delete that blog, and start a brand new one on Wordpress and put in the grind there to get my DA up.
Really interested to hear your thoughts!
