Does Domain Authority Increase help other pages in the website to rank higher ?

Hello ,

I have a website where the content is fairly technical for target keywords and difficult to get relevant backlinks as their content is way superior and written and researched by engineers and science graduates .

So I decided to create some pages which help users in calculations . I have made them user friendly . What i wanted to ask if I promote these tools I think I can get backlinks as I have made them better than the competition .

This will increase me domain authority . But I will be getting backlinks for few pages only . Will rest other pages get some benefit from it ?
