Does a NOINDEX and NOFOLLOW post pass link juice to its in-post DOFOLLOW links?

Hi All,

I'm doing some link building and wondering if a NOINDEX and NOFOLLOW blog post pass on link juice if the content contains external DOFOLLOW links? Will these external sites receive link juice?

I researched this and the answer seems to be NO, it doesn't pass on link juice. Though there isn't much information on this.

I'm wondering what your thoughts are on this?
