My site used to have ~500k UPVs a month several years ago. I stopped working on it (unfortunate life reasons) and would like to start fixing it back up to its former glory. Where to start?

It's currently bringing in about 5k UVPs now with 435k impressions on the web monthly. Terrible conversation rate, I know. 4 pages have first impressions.

If it were you, were would you start to even begin to get things back on track and rebuild? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
