I have a new potential client who has resigned from his previous agency's SEO services.
The reason is that their organic search volume decreased dramatically since end of July (at the moment it's twice as small and it's still going down).
Agency's explanation for this was Google algorithm update.
I'm a little suspicious about that because in my country there is still a lot of black-hat strategies used, especially when the niche is rather competitive.
What would be the best way to check whether or not this website has been suspended? MOZ shows 4% spam score.
And if it really has been caused by the algorithm update, what would be the best way to U-turn this?
