SEO Image Ranking Factors [Need Help]

Guys, I'm wondered about image ranking factors by google recent algorithm updates. Which is more likely to be rank on google.

1. Google downloaded images but edited.
2. Image captured by own which is not good as edited google image.

Please help me with your opinion.
