I've been offered a content writing job and while they prepare the contract my boss told me I could get a head start and research our competitors. He sent me some SEO texts and courses which I looked through and 4 of their competitors.
So far I've made a note of their average word count for each blog in addition to noting where they rank using certain keywords. What else can I be doing?
(I'm a junior and I have only a few months experience so I'm very new to all of this)
