I'm pretty sure it's black hat, or at least grey hat -- asking your friends / audience to Google the keyword you want to rank for, then click on your link.
Technically, this would work, wouldn't it?
What's the term for this?
Something I wouldn't do, but trying to warn some of my clients away from.
