Removing toxic backlinks with Semrush

Hi everyone,

I have a couple of questions regarding toxic backlinks. I'm using semrush for Backlink Audit.

Is best practice to Disavow the whole domain?

How do you work with with toxic backlinks?

I know toxic backlinks had a huge impact earlier, but less now, is it still worth working on?
