Best\accurate local position tracker?

Hello friends! I work for a dental marketing agency. All my seo efforts are focused on improving local positions on SERPs.

I use:

• SEMRush -Brightlocal -SEOptimer

Are there better tools to track local SEO? SEMrush is what I use most and it does a good job, but I still feel it’s not always accurate. Thoughts?
