Do multiple wordpress blog post tags cause high spam score?

I have 5 different posts that share some of the same tags.

I check with Moz and it says I have a spam score of 42%.

Yet I have no outbound or inbound links coming to me in the spam score report.

Do tags cause duplicate content confusion and thus a higher spam score?
