I'm about to launch a new website (currently still trying to come up with a content strategy that makes sense for SEO) and I cannot hire anyone to write content for my website at this point, i.e. I am the only writer with limited time. However, I am planning to translate my content into around 10 languages in the future.
Ranking for English keywords is obviously a lot harder than for, say, German keywords. But there's a lot more potential too. Should I first write and publish my content in English to start the "Google ranking timer" (I read it takes 6-12 months to rank) or should I first write and publish my blog posts in German, which would give me a significantly higher chance of ranking fast?
I appreciate your answers
