Moved from one website builder to another while retaining domain name: Did we do it right?

Hello,

We recently migrated from 3dcart to Shopify as the 3Dcart site was outdated. What we did was to design the website on Shopify, migrate the data through LitExtension, then used the same domain as before.

Some of the website redirect links were done automatically during the migration. Others are manually corrected.

Now, how do we inform Google that we changed our website? Based on what I've read, we need to do it through the Google Search Console. But the only option I see is from the old domain to a new domain. This part is quite confusing as we are still using the same domain. I've added the new sitemap as well.

Also, what would be our best step to regain our SEO rankings?
