Google keeps telling me to use Site Kit by Google plug-in for my Wordpress site, it helps with Adsense placement is it any good?

They send me an email a few times a month saying that my wordpress blog will benefit greatly from Site Kit plug in from Google. I haven't used it but it looks good and convenient especially since I hate putting coding in my website cause placing ads in article are a pain in the butt it crashes the website when I do it manually and im not tech savvy or understand the coding.
