Divorce issue and losing rights to a domain/website - creative ideas needed

Hi all. Every once in a while an interesting dilemma comes about in this business.

I have a client that is going through a nasty divorce. They are both owners of a company that sells cleaning products. It will turn out that he will more than likely get the rights to the domain & website, although he is rarely involved and will more than likely sell or hire someone to run it. The managing owner wants to know if there is a way to create a new domain/website and have the authority passed on, without him knowing. Is this possible?

I realize it can be quite tricky but would love any creative ideas on how to go about this. The company is approximately 30 years old, but their brand name wouldn't be well known, just the third-party products they sell as retailers, so the name doesn't matter as much. And yes I realize this can be thought of as shady, I don't need any moral knights on high horses, I'm more interested in the challenge this would represent.
