Our google reviews keep disappearing. Some months ago 2 (out of 4) reviews just disappeared. Contacting Google support did not lead to any solution. Since then we had 3 new reviews from our customers, one which was written about 3 weeks ago again disappeared sometime between yesterday and now. Interesting is that i've written a reply to the review yesterday afternoon. Another funny fact is that the 2 reviews which were written with no text (and so one could argue the most suspect) are still visible. All our reviews (7) have and had 5 stars.
This is kind of frustrating. Did anyone have similar experiences?
