Are you facing indexing issues, generally with the blog URLs? To check, go to COVERAGE > EXCLUDED > and see how many discovered - not currently indexed URLS you have.
Google prioritizes the indexation of valuable / unique content - if a domain has low-quality content, lack of internal links - it can indexing issues.
I've seen sites with stacking up discovered - not currently indexed URLS - Thing to do to resolve:
-
Make sure there are no canonicalization issues
-
Make sure that the URLS are accessible with internal links - if a page has a single path or single path + sitemap, it's more likely to struggle
-
Pages should have unique and relevant/valuable content.
Remember - it's not a priority for Googlebot to crawl and index content that is unlikely to be of much benefit - this can be determined by lots of factors - mainly content quality and internal / external links.
Quality content + Quality links + good structure will result in much quicker uptake and reduction in "discovered but not currently indexed URLS".
