Is google kick-start the indexing process if I sign up for google console and google analytics?

Hi guys

I started my new website 2 months back but I do not link my website to google services in fact I sign in to google console and analytics a couple of days ago - my question is "is google start ranking after I have set up google console and analytics or is it take even some days to index?

I have 32 articles on my website and only 3 out of 32 articles got indexed by google.

Your thoughts on behalf of google indexing will help me to grow my site - Thanks!
