Hey guys.
Starting a new journey trying to rank website for very specific services in very specific locations and then sell the leads/rent the site out.
Picked a niche with almost no competition, decent search volumes on target location (600/mth) and high ticket (around $600, with multiple sessions). EMD is available.
A single page itself might not be enough, that's why I wanted to support the site with a blog.
So... was doing the keyword research and I realized there's a lot of search queries I can target on the blog.
There's basically no specific content on the web targeting those search queries (bear in mind, my country is not english speaking).
Here comes the problem:
if I target one city, with a EMD site, but the blog target generic content within my very very specific niche.... this might turn into a problem if I'd want to scale within this niche in the future.
If I have "nichecity.com" and the site gets lots of traffic (from all over the country, being the content generic), it'll be difficult redirecting then to "city2".
It probably makes more sense create something like "nichecountry.com", with specific pages per each city, and getting more biz all over the country to rent the pages related to their area (when they rank).
The main doubt is:
I'd better keep everything under one domain "nichecountry.com", and having landing pages under this domain for the main cities.
Or I'd better get the EMD for the cities "nichecity.com", host the landing pages there and just redirect people from the main site/blog to those?
Would love to hear some external opinion or experience if you've done something similar before.
