Why is this website generating these dynamic URLs?

Hello webmasters.

I am currently working on an SEO audit for a client's website and I am encountering the following URLs:

• domain/blog/?et_blog
• domain/blog/page/2/?et_blog
• domain/blog/page/3/?et_blog
• domain/blog/page/4/?et_blog

What does this mean? Is this an issue? How are they generated and why?
