What would be the impact on SEO to have multiples specialized homepages for my website?

Hi,

I am managing a database driven directory for different health services.

My website would list services in the community as well as private practice professionnals like psychologists, physiotherapist, nurses, social workers, etc. They are all in the same database.

I am considering listing specialized homepages leading to the same database but am wondering if this could negatively impact my SEO. For example, all the psychologist's profiles would share the same specialized page which I would publicize in psychology's websites or journals ; the same would go with other professions, giving more visibility to those profiles within their field.

Anybody can share their opinion on this with me? Thanks in advance.
