I'm working remotely. I got an offer from one huge company (not US) that produces hardware to work as Head of SEO. I have been communicating with its representative during a month. I prepared and sent him short SEO strategy for next three months of work. I asked a budget - $3000 per/month for all the control, audit, link-building and etc. He said that my price is too high for his company.
I'm not an US resident, I'm from Eastern Europe. But I have 11 years of experience of work on English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French and German SEO markets. Most of the work I dedicated to US, UK and Canada markets.
I have all the instruments for starting great SEO company, including multilangual database of IT-sites for link building. Those budget was formed for a team I have right now, they are ready to start, but my potential employer don't know about my team of link builders. But the problem is that company have zero referral traffic and organic traffic. They earn only due to Paid Advertising in Google. They pay about $6000 per/month for Adwords and it brings them 60 000 clicks per/months, I took these number from their Google Analytics account.
I want to work with this company, but I'm aware to agree to the salary much lower that I offered them.
What can be optimal salary per/month that I can ask them?
Is it necessary to explain them that I work with team?
What can be my optimal salary per/month without any helpers only for me?
