Better bounce rate for mobile visitors on non-mobile-friendly site?

I'm thinking of how I can explain this to a client. They get a lot of traffic through desktop.

There website is not mobile friendly.

On mobile though (5%) of their traffic, they receive more pages / session and a lower bounce rate.

​

What do you think that could be attributed to?
