Gathering my own old posts from other sources to my own blog

Hi,

I'm creating my own company blog and I am incorporating posts that I initially published from my old blog, Steemit (under my real name) and online newspapers (also with my name). Do you know how that will play out for SEO? Is it good or will it be falsely considered as plagiarism by Google? Thanks a lot.
