"IsItDownRightNow.com" shows my website being "down for everyone" for days now. All similar tools says it's up. Has anyone else had this issue?

The other day, my charity client complained that they weren't receiving the usual number of donation forms.
So I went to IsItDownRightNow.com to see if there was an issue, and sure enough, it said the site was "down for everyone". As of today, it's still saying that.

However:
- all other similar tools say it's up.
- the client's website host said it wasn't their servers, and that the site showed as up for them.
- this tracking service says the website has been up 100% for this entire period.

My question: have you found "IsItDownRightNow.com" to be consistently reliable? If so, any idea why their service is the only one showing an issue with this client's website?
