I run a website that primarily provides military memorabilia for purchase, but I also have a secondary market for custom marketing products. Although custom products is my secondary market, it is the one that brings in the bigger sales.
I have 1 page in particular that I would like to have redone, it used to bounce around top 3 search results for relevant keywords, but over the last 8 to 12 months, it is now no where to be found. This could be contributed to my having a second opencart store and domain name that are copies a lot my primary store pages (figured a more neutral theme would help with the large amount of non-military customers i was getting). I am considering getting rid of the second store, as i have read near identical sites has a negative impact on both, and seemingly enough none of my non-military customers have ever really cared about the less neutral theme of my primary website.
I would prefer to pay a business for this work, but if freelancers are available and can provide a decent amount of credibility i would consider this as well. We can also trade services if any market products are needed for your business, but that is just an option, paying is always easier!
my only requirements for the page that I know of are:
-
Mobile friendly formatting
- I used klaviko to build a mobile friendly "email", and copied that into the webpage. it works at a very low level, but isn't pretty.

Custom form for customers to request quote
- I have a form at the moment, I'm not sure on proper terminology, but I believe it is a simple call/post form. it works, but it does not verify emails prior to submitting. basically they enter the data on the form, press submit, and it sends the data to a separate .php file on the server, and it incorporates the data into an email that is sent to me and the requester.

preferably set up internally to my opencart 2.3.0.2 store
- I have my current page running and working internally to the opencart store. i built it on an information page and would prefer to keep it this way, but it is not require.

I am not sure how I have made it this far on my own as far as my website goes. There has been a lot of googling, trial and error, and being extremely lucky that my webhost keeps daily backs that i can save my major mess up with, but i figure its time to hire for some stuff, so if hired, any other suggestions are welcomed!
