Should I place an Angular App with "#" in the URL on a subdomain or on a normal page? Do links with "#" have impact on SEO?

I need to integrate a third-party Angular App which uses "#" for it's navigation.

Do links with "#" have impact on SEO?

If they do, then I'd rather put it on a subdomain.

If they don't I'd just embed it on a normal page.
