Howdy. I've been an in-house SEO for 4 years at one of the leading players in my company's niche and am ready to test myself in the wild wild west of working with clients.
I'm a well-rounded SEO with expertise in technical and local SEO - any tips, warnings or other advice for someone trying to grow a side hustle consulting gig into my full-time job?
I'm currently working with a couple of small clients paying by the hour, but would like to transition away from hourly rates. I've read some on monthly retainers - what do you all suggest?
