My employer utilizes a subdomain off of our company domain that is used by our customers for billing. The material on the subdomain is 100% garbage. It's not responsive and it's deathly slow. I also have zero control over it because it's part of a product that if you touch anything, it breaks everything. It will be replaced in the next 18 months but until then I'm wondering if it's negatively impacting the SEO of our corporate site.
customer1234.payyourbill.mycompany.com is how the url appears to our customers while our corporate site is mycompany.com.
I'm trying to fix any and all technical SEO issues and this made me wonder if I need to request a blanket NoIndex across the product from the developers.
