How do you block Google Analytics to track your own visits?

I know that there is a way excluding single IP addresses. But I don't find that very handy really....

What if my IP changes? I change my location? And same do my colleagues working from multiple remote places. We would have to update the whitelist every time.

Do you have any alternative method?
