Google search doesn't show the right title and meta. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi

It looks like Google is not presenting the right title and meta for my site even though I waited for a few weeks for the changes to appear. I can see they have been changed but not exactly to the ones and format I had in mind.

Here are the title and meta descriptions I'm hoping to show:

title: Prepare for Product Manager Interview Questions | Product Management Exercise

meta: The largest selection of product manager interview questions to prepare for Facebook, Google, and tech startup interviews

But google shows the following:

title: Product Management Exercises: Prepare for Product Manager ...

meta: Prepare for Product Manager job interviews. The largest selection of product manager interview questions to prepare for ... Recent questions and answers
