I rank on Bing #1, Google Non-existent!

Hello!

I have a website for a local business. I have optimized my site for on-page SEO. For the search term "my location + my industry" I rank number 1 on Bing. On Google I am non-existent! I used to be on the first page but I have dropped to page 5, 6+

What can I do to see why I am no longer performing on Google? I don't have any manual actions. I am not interested in hiring a full-time SEO partner - I'm good with updating our blog, etc.
