Repeating the same sentence over and over again - It adds value to the reader, but could it be seen as spammy?

Let's say I'm summarising 10 different service providers for some of the most popular handsets. I have one web page per handset (e.g. iPhone XR).

On each handset page, I summarise up to 10 cell phone operators that are available, review them and their individual service plans. At the bottom of each section, I have a 'key information' section.

This sentence would be repeated in every single 'key information' section of every single handset page (10 times each handset page):

Receiving a text message is always free

It's imperative that I make this information clear, as it's relevant information and related to the "value-add" part of the page. But, I'm quite concerned that if I have this sentence repeating across my website many times that it's going to look suspicious to Googlebot.

To reduce the labor, I want to be able to use that sentence as a template. There are only so many ways you can switch the order of the words around to avoid duplication! Especially with dozens of handset pages.

I want it in this one section as I know people skim read information.

If I place it just once on the page in its own section towards the end, then it very likely would be missed by somebody jumping straight down to a specific network (e.g. T-Mobile). It's unlikely that somebody would want to read the entire page, as the other 9 cell networks aren't relevant to them.

I've tried to do some research on the above, but I'm not really too sure what I'm looking for. I looked in to Boilerplate text, and the jury doesn't seem to have made up it's mind on whether it's good or bad.

Any thoughts, please? Thanks!
