Google Search Console's Backlinks For a Website Are the Server's Own IP address. Should I Be Worried About Duplicate Content?

I was double-checking a website's backlinks in Search Console when I noticed hundreds of links pointing to the domain from an IP. It turns out that the IP address is just the local server IP address. Am I going to get nuked for duplicate content?

Any easy way to setup a 301 for this?
