Is anyone aware of a wordpress plugin that will allow me to take a post on one wordpress blog and duplicate it to another blog and use the canonical tag?

I have a couple of blogs and ideally, I would love a plugin that allows me to cross post from Blog A to Blog B while adding a canonical tag so I don't have any SEO issues.

I am basically looking for similar functionality to Medium's import tool but for a separate wordpress site that is mine.

Is there anything like this or should I just do it manually?
