Line of least resistance to change duplicate content (special case).

I run a website which is the sole distributor in my country for parts made abroad. I built it using info and images from the manufacturer's site (with their consent of course). However, they now want to use Google AdWords in their country (which is on a different continent) and Google is telling them they can't because there's another site (mine) with duplicate content. The manufacturer has asked me to change my site but that is potentially a massive amount of work: images, product names, product descriptions etc.. What are the most important things to change that would generate enough difference for us to get round this please?
