A significant amount of traffic started coming from random bit website and showing in my GA - Referral Traffic. Will it impact my Site SEO? How can i filter it or remove from accessing my website?

I am noticing a strange spike from refferal traffic from websitebottraffic(dot)pw.

This started from May 7th. I am concerned that it may affect negatively on our SEO.
