I previously had a backlink set up with another blog where we both linked to each other. The other website took down my backlink, and when I asked about it they immediately wrote a copycat post of one of my articles and added one link to my post in that article.
My post is already well performing on SEO, so even though this is a backlink, it's probably not a link real people are likely to see...it would just be a link that google sees when it crawls.
Is this a deal I should accept? Or should I tell them to put a link to me somewhere else more prominent? (not sure where that would be yet on their site)
