Greetings. I have a question on Google My Business social profiles. As we all know, a while back Google deprecated the same as schema and began using a different, automatic process for discovering social profiles for the local business knowledge panel.
I worked really hard to try and get our Instagram to show up, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube have always appeared no problem. Recently I had success in getting Google to pull and display our Instagram, I believe it happened from including our phone number in the IG bio.
But when the Instagram profile showed up the Facebook disappeared. I've been waiting and watching for a week now to see if it would get Facebook back and we would finally have all social 4 profiles in our local business panel but its not happening thus far.
I wonder if local businesses are limited to only 3 profiles? Has anyone else had an experience such as mine or does anyone have a local business where Google displays all 4 of your social profiles in your local business panel?
