Bad engagement with Instagram

Hi there,

My problem is that my engagement(likes, comments,etc..) is very low or 0, it’s like Instagram AI “banned” me or something like that, maybe because I tested with few store niches and different hashtags before? (Upload and delete a lot of pictures). My question is, can this happens? Should I make a fresh Instagram account? I think i made a lot of SEO changes and that’s why I’m “banned”

For example, at my first niche and first pictures/hashtags got so much better engagement (5-10 likes x day and now 0), another example is that I deleted all pictures and upload 9 new ones with different titles and hastags( a mix from 50k to 5m audience) and got 1-2 likes and 0 comments when first 9 pictures when I make the account I got at least 40 or more and few comments?
