getting all google results for my domain in a csv file

I am trying to check the entire domain for 301/404's

With the plugin from seoquake I can only get 100 My sitemap gets me to abount 2000

But my site:domain.tld with the google results gets me 6000. How can I get these in a csv or text file. I only need it once for a scan
