Good course/ consultant for agency processes?

Hey! We spun off a digital agency from another business of ours and are starting to pick up steam.

We sell a full service marketing solution to SMBs for a couple grand a month. We do SEO, social, website updates, design work, content production as a package.

We are doing fine but I would love to just model someone else's processes so we can focus on client work. We have had to change systems and workflows several times since starting and it is very time consuming.

I am fortunate enough to have another business where we can steal processes and resources from them. I would really like to just have a proven process so that I can focus on biz dev and hire people that can focus on execution.

Does anyone have experience with this or work with a consultant or trainer who is specific to marketing?

I have seen Ryan Stewart's Blueprint. I know they only really do SEO so I am a little hesitant to shell out 3k for something that does not take into account our full service nature.
