For sites that offer multiple languages for content but the navigation (top and bottom) stays in the original language is there a best practice for hreflang? For example only adding hreflang to the content part of the code (in the body)? Similarly, if language versions have the same content (there’s no difference between information they represent) but not all pages are translated, should the site map for a given language include only translated pages or just all of them (which means the original language sites will be listed on different language site maps)?
